The challenge: showcase Laura Todd's expertise in an attractive way

Founded in 1933 in the United States, Laura Todd, named after its creator, offers top-of-the-range homemade cookies. Established in Paris since 1985, the brand is expanding and increasing its number of shops in the capital. In 2021, Laura Todd unveils a new brand identity that combines authenticity and modernity, a brand new boutique concept, with a particular attention in the selection of the products that will be used in the brand's future creations, with better sourced products and less sugar.

The teams have rethought the aesthetics of the shops in their entirety, and in particular the labelling of products. Initially made of printed paper, cut out and then laminated, the old labels were easily damaged and had to be redone very regularly by the teams to ensure optimum legibility for customers. As a result, the labelling was no match for Laura Todd's ambitions and its new brand image. The brand has therefore chose a new label:

- more sustainable
- legible
- aesthetic
- and professional.

And has opted for the all-in-one Edikio Price Tag Flex solution for all its shops.

Since 2021, Laura Todd's Marketing and Sales teams have been using Edikio Price Tag to create and print labels for all the products on offer in its 13 shops. The solution's strenght?  An intuitive software designed entirely for retailers, enabling them to customise their price tags from A to Z.

Thanks to Edikio Price Tag, the brand's new boutique concept adapts perfectly to price tags, enabling the brand to use the same font for the product name as the one used on all Laura Todd communication media.

In addition, the labels enable the brand to respond to its desire for transparency and to customers' requirements regarding the products used in its cookies. They clearly indicate:

Thanks to Edikio Price Tag, all 13 Laura Todd shops have identical, uniform labelling for all the products sold in each of them. At each new opening, Laura Todd head office supplies a pack of 20 x 3 black labels printed in white to the staff on site to display the prices of the cookies in the various shop windows. Labels are then created at head office for seasonal products and monthly creations. The customer experience is therefore the same in every shop.

Mr Campourcy is completely convinced of the advantages that Edikio Price Tag offers to his store and his teams and would recommend it without hesitation for the aesthetics, the legibility, the durability they give to the label, as well as the creative autonomy they now have.

In addition to in-store price tags, the head office also uses Edikio Price Tag Flex to create personalised words for its customers' online orders. In this way, Laura Todd adds that "little extra" to the shopping experience that makes its store so successful!
