Uptown Chefs always relied on cardstock labels for their buffet setups, but this system was proving to be both wasteful and labor-intensive.

“The cardstock labels were not only a hassle to print and reprint, but they also created a significant amount of waste,” said Alix Swint, Banquet Manager at Uptown Chefs.

Each time a menu item changed, old labels had to be thrown out and new ones created from scr atch. This cycle was not only unsustainable but also consumed precious time that the team could have used for other important tasks.

Challenge
