The challenge: an obsolete labelling system that no longer meets needs
The Newport Marriott is a hotel with 320 rooms and 3 restaurants. Each restaurant serves at least 10 different dishes spread over several buffets. It was therefore essential to find a solution that could meet the hotel's buffet labelling requirements in a simple, cost-effective and sophisticated way. Before the Edikio Guest Flex solutionAt the time, the hotel was using an old version of a computer labelling programme that was not intuitive and difficult to use. The paper labels took too long to produce, and had to be thrown away after each use. The result was nowhere near as elegant as the Edikio Guest Flex solution.
